To add a new school campus to the system, follow these steps:
Click on the 'Add' button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
A dialog box titled 'Add School' will appear.
In this dialog box, enter the following details:
School Name
City Name
State
Choose the 'Date Opened' to specify when the campus was established.
Check the 'Active' checkbox to indicate the campus is currently operational.
Once all the information is filled in, click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the dialog box.
This process will successfully add the new school campus to your system.
To edit an existing school campus in KidsLipi, follow these steps:
Locate the school campus you wish to edit in the list.
Click on the 'Edit' button, represented by a pencil icon, next to the 'Active' column
In the edit dialog box, you can update various details:
School or Campus Name
City Name
State
Join Date (the date the campus was added to KidsLipi)
After making the necessary changes, click the 'Update' button to save your edits.
These simple steps ensure that you can easily keep your campus information up-to-date and accurate.
To delete an existing school campus in KidsLipi, follow these steps:
Identify the school campus you wish to remove.
Click on the 'Delete' icon (represented by a trash can) next to the campus name.
A confirmation dialog box will appear. Before proceeding, ensure that there are no classes currently associated with this campus. If classes are linked to the campus, it cannot be deleted.
To confirm the deletion, click 'Yes' in the dialog box.
By following these instructions, you can safely remove any school campus that is no longer required, keeping your campus list current and organized.
